Personality: Kawasaki is what one would call a very silly chef. He loves to cheer up students by telling them jokes or his bumbling chef adventures in his cooking past. He may be a little antisocial since he is really into cooking and would prefer to make tea than to have tea with others. Overall, he is a kind teacher to talk to and is willing to help students with their cooking whenever possible, even though the students really do not want his help most of the time.
Backstory: Kawasaki always dreamed of owning his own restaurant. He received many cooking lessons from one of the greatest chefs. However, despite of all of this training, he's the most TERRIBLE cook.
But Kawasaki doesn't give up so easily. He still plans to own his restaurant. He first starts out as a cooking teacher at Suma Bura. He knows how to cook the best dishes, but everytime he cooks them, they turn out horribly. As for the other students, they seem to make those dishes better than Kawasaki himself.
Anything Else?: Kawasaki is in his human form, but he still retains his toque (chef's hat), 'chubbiness', wavering smile, and his signature frying pan.
